  • Renovations to the ground floor, totalling about 6,000 s.f.
  • The project included the design of renovations to accomodate the Education Department, Information Resource Management and a computer workroom. Spaces included offices, computer component storage facility, conference room, etc. 
  • Included complete renovations to two existing toilet room facilities to allow for new fixtures and handicapped accessibility. 
  • Included new finishes in all locations. 
  • Estimated cost: $280,000   Estimated Completion Date: January, 2005





Lancaster Regional Medical Center Title
Project 1     Radiology Changing Area

  • Renovation of 1,000 s.f. of hospital space into a new changing and waiting area for out-patient radiology.
  • Required PA DOH approval.
  • Estimated Completion Date: On hold - Construction Cost: $80,000.

Project 2   In-patient Renal Dialysis
  • Renovation of existing 4-bed patient room into a 2-chair inpatient renal dialysis facility.
  • Required PA DOH approval. 
  • Completion Date: November 2003 - Construction Cost: $12,000.  






  • Space Planning for Physician's offices in new medical office building. 
  • Space include offices and labs for Lancaster Magnetic Imaging Ltd.

 

 


  • Renovation and expansion of the current gastroenterology practice within an existing medical office building. The practice leased the adjacent office space and expanded their treatment, recovery and business functions into the new space. Renovations were also planned in the existing portion of the facility. 
  • The renovation and expansion work was designed to occur in three phases to attempt to minimize the affect on the office and allow it to remain functional during the project. 

 

  • Renovation of 25,000 sq.ft. - 59 bed Alzheimer Patient Care Unit.
  • Spaces include : Isolation Ward and Endoscopy Suite. 
  • Renovaton of existing labs - new layout and exhaust air systems.  

 
          

Nurses Station

    • Renovation of main nurses’ station, nurses’ office, and lab area.
    • Addition of three-story elevator to comply with Pennsylvania Department of Health and ADA regulations.
    • Completed March 1996.  Construction Cost $150,000.
Staff Lounge
    • Renovation of staff lounge, including new finishes and new locker area.
    • Work compiled with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and ADA regulatories. 
    • Completed: June, 1996 - Construction Cost: $50,000 

 

 
 

    • Renovation of the  exiting ambulance bay area and the addition of  a new 2200 s.f.
    • New spaces include: (3) bay ambulance garage, storage/utility/laundry room, and new entry vestibule for community room.

    • Completed 1993 -- Construction Cost $120,000.    



    • Interior design projects for main office at Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster.
    • Preliminary design work for alternative office locations.
    • Project completed 1991 - 1993.






Bryn Mawr Cystoscopy

    • Renovation of 450 s.f. Cystoscopy room for new Uroskop system and control area .
    • Design included ICRA planning
    • Completion: August, 2002 –  Construction Cost: $150,000
 
    • Renovation of 500 s.f. existing space for a three bed CT Holding facility
    • Design included ICRA planning
    • Completion: April, 2004 –  Construction Cost: $90,000
 
    • Renovation of 450 s.f. space into a new Fluoroscopy facility

    • Design included a new control room and toilet room.
    • Design included ICRA planning
    • Completion: July, 2004 –  Construction Cost: $75,000
