Project 1        Healthy Community Pharmacy

  • Renovation of existing office suite to house an 875 s.f. pharmacy for indigent patients and a 1,450 s.f. support office.
  • Spaces included pharmacy, pharmacy waiting, pharmacy office, and general office space.
  • Completed on fast-track schedule 
  • Completion: August, 2004 - Construction Cost: $50,000     
     

Project 2         Springdale Pediatrics/Clinical Weight Loss

  • Schematic design for two seperate practices to be placed in an existing 13,000 s.f. medical building.
  • Pediatrics practice (upper level) required alterations to provide five additional exam rooms, a treatment room, lab, and a shared physicians office, an enlarged Conference Rm/Staff Lounge and new HIPAA compliant reception and departure areas.
  • Clinical Weight Loss practice (lower level) required an entirely new plan with eight exam rooms and nursing space, a shared medical space, physician's office, dietician's office, business office, records storage, as well as waiting space, etc.
  • Clinical Weight Loss practice required special design to allow for patients with compromised mobility to access and utilize the facility.
  • Finishes and electrical systems throughout the existing building were updated.
  • Final design allowed for phased approval and occupancy.
  • Completed: Spring, 2007 - Construction Cost: $880,000
                           

Project 3         Brogue Family Medicine

  • Feasibility study and schematic design for a new 4,425 s.f. family practice facility which included offices for two physicians, six exam rooms, one treatment room, lab, staff lounge, business office, mechanical spaces and a 600 s.f. shared medical facility.
  • The plan allowed for the expansion of one physician office and three additional exam rooms.
  • Completion of Study: June, 2005 - Estimated Construction Cost: $400,000

Project 4         Apple Hill Pharmacy

  • Renovation of 2,000 s.f. of existing pharmacy space.
  • Work involved the public retail area, the pharmacy work and business offices and required the co-ordination with the Owner's casework supplier.
  • The project was particularly challenging in that it had to be completed in a phased manner that allowed it to be open for business throughout the renovation project.  
  • Completed: Spring, 2006 - Construction Cost: $106,000 
                    

Project 5         Healthy Community Pharmacy II

  • Feasibility study and schematic design for the relocation of the Healthy Community Pharmacy to a 3,600 s.f. South George Street facility.
  • Work included coordination with Owner's casework consultant..
  • Study Completed: Spring, 2005 – Est Construction Cost: $250,000
     

Project 6        Imaging Annex

  • Design of renovations to an existing medical facility to provide for a new general radiology space, control room, and general finish upgrades renovations to the 1,600 s.f. space.
  • Following completion of construction documents, client determined that it needed to change it's plan for the use of the space, and the design of changes are ongoing.
  • Completion of Construction Documents: Fall, 2005
