- Renovation of Ambulatory Surgical Facility with Type B and Type C procedure rooms.
- Work includes new recovery/discharge area, clean and soiled utility rooms, new prep rooms and staff change suite. Code deficient stair tower will be rebuilt as part of this work. Suite for patient office visits will be developed on separate floor level.
