Separate administrative/office level. Skylit hydrotherapy area w/ wood ceiling hot spa, swim spa, change rooms, dehumidified hvac system. Patient comfort and accessibility was carefully studied and specifically addressed in the areas of:  Comfortable temperature and humidity levels.  Optimal light levels. Suitable floor finishes and spatial planning for patients and staff with limited mobility. Completed 1994 - construction cost  $470,000.
