Renovation of former 18,000 s.f. grocery store into a medical office building. Facility includes two multiple-physician family practice offices with shared administrative spaces; cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation; physical, occupational, speech and hearing rehabilitation offices; wellness classroom; staff areas and public waiting area. Waiting area serving as a central court features: atrium, colonnades, and central glass/brick accent wall. Also includes: open exercise area, Hydrotherapy pool, locker rooms, separate staff and public entrances.
