Construction of a new 60,000 s.f. auxiliary corporate office building to adjoin existing office building and renovation of 27,000 s.f. to the existing office building. Design of a new office building included planning for approximately 300 employees and leasable space for future tenants.  Renovation to the existing office building involved planning for tenant spaces and future growth space.  Currently three tenant spaces have been completed and design for additional tenant fitout spaces are on-going. Shell completed July and November 1998. Construction cost for both phases $3.5 million.
