Feasibility study to evaulate expanding existing building or buy and renovate another building. Final design to renovate a newly acquired 7,200 s.f building. Renovation included township offices, waiting room, public meeting room and police station. Project completed April 1996 - Construction cost $225,000.

Interior and exterior renovation to provide new entrances to the building's pool, including an accessible exterior ramp and a new interior stair tower. Completed April 1998 - Construction cost $110,000.

Interior renovations to the pool and locker room facility. Work to include complete renovation of locker rooms  to provide for accessibility  and general improvements; new HVAC and dehumidification system; pool deck resurfacing; new seating; roof structural changes; and new finishes throughout.  Project is awaiting funding. Estimated construction cost $650,000.

Interior renovations required to install a fully accessible, (3) stop, hydraulic elevator. Work to include installation of masonry hoistway, relocation of some MEP systems, designed tie-in to existing finishes at each floor level.  Project is awaiting funding. Estimated construction cost $190,000.

 

 

Renovation and addition to township administration offices.  Design to meet current and future needs for office space, meeting rooms and storage space. Project also includes improved configuration of office workstations.  Construction completed May 2001, Construction Cost $1,000,000.
