Renovations for Coresource, Inc.

Multi-story renovation of 39,000 s.f. in five adjacent buildings as lease space for Coresource. Work includes new stair and elevator shafts for six-story Harold's Building.  Completion September 1997. Construction cost $2.3 million.

Renovations for Dauphin Deposit Bank

Renovation of bank to accomodate new elevator/stair lobby and new entrance. Completed September 1997.
